AC lines — the planet on the Ascendant
The AC (Ascendant) is the rising point: where a planet was coming up over the eastern horizon at the moment of your birth. On the map, Ascendant lines are curves — they bend because rising depends on latitude.
AC lines affect you directly: your energy, well-being, confidence, how you look and come across. Near a good AC line you have more drive and new things start easier; near a difficult one it's easier to burn out or snap.
Ascendant lines work well for travel: even a week near a strong AC line can noticeably recharge you.
